Amideast in Jordan - Area and Arabic Language Studies (Semester/Academic Year)

Overview:

A cosmopolitan MENA region capital, Amman is a perfect place to spend a semester or an academic year engaged in contemporary culture, innovation, and consideration of global challenges in a vibrant Global South space. Part of its community for 75 years, Amideast puts host community knowledge and relationships at the center of participant learning both inside and outside the classroom, encouraging intercultural growth and humility. Study a variety of issues and topics from a decolonial perspective, gain Arabic skills, and, with our Community-Based Learning experience, forego the traditional internship paradigm to engage in a local organization’s workplace and make your contribution valuable to your host community.
