Program Description:

CET Prague: New Media at FAMU

new media project
CET New Media students take one-of-a-kind courses at the FAMU Center for Audio Visual Studies (CAS), an art school within a film school. Moving-image works take front stage as you complete a project "beyond cinema" in areas like video installation, conceptual artworks, experimental documentary, and expanded-to-database cinema. This program is a good fit for challenge-seeking students who are excited to push artistic boundaries in an intimate program in Prague.

Create a Transmedia Project. Exhibit Your Work. In Prague.

  • Open in the spring semester only
  • Hands-on courses and critique sessions with faculty and visiting artists
  • Based at CAS, the art school within FAMU, the Film and Television School of the Academy of Performing Arts
